There is basically no customer service from Paula's Choice. So disappointing waiting weeks for your order, and when contacting customer service, there is no response. I have been a customer for years and have spent thousands of dollars, unreal!
I have been a Paula’s Choice customer for many many years. I understand we are in a difficult time, however, to have this level of poor customer service is unsettling. Products aren’t cheap, so if they charge you and take your money, you should receive those products and if it’s going to take weeks, then that should be addressed with some form of customer service. I have sent many emails asking about my order, with no response. Unreal!!

I really like Paula’s Choice products but my last order was cancelled so I called to inquire about it. The reason: I ordered too many sunscreens! I believe I ordered 4. I am a mother of 3 teenage daughters and since they are students, I pay for their skincare. So, when a promotion is on, it makes sense to order what I need. Apparently, 1 tube of sunscreen for each lady is too many. This is pathetic. I was told this is bulk buying by the rep. Really?!?! She told me to feel free to make two seperate orders. I’m shocked. Nonsense is what this is. Another pet peeve, they promised to send something special for your birthday so when I didn’t get anything I called. Excuse: Covid. Yeah, nice.
I love the products and I definitely have seen an improvement in my skin. The only reason I took off a star is their return policy is honestly really inconvenient. It’s one thing to deduct the cost of shipping from the return but they don’t even offer a return label. Especially with COVID it would be a lot better to have return label available. It makes it so that it’s really hard to try new products.
So I ordered a product from here 10 days ago and it hadn’t come because of Hermes (a totally unreliable service). I phoned customer service today and they’re sending me out a new one that will be here in 2-3 days. Top customer service and the lady couldn’t have been nicer. The only thing I can suggest is you change your courier from Hermes :)
I ordered a ton of products from their site earlier this week and was just emailed saying that they cancelled the entire order but didn't give me a reason why. I went to call them and the working hours make it tough to get a hold of them. Huge bummer because I thought this would be my new skincare routine.
Full of nasty harmful ingredients but has the audacity to charge outrageous prices and keeps their products out of reach for regular people on their own website and at "exclusive" stores. There is better out there for way less money. People are calling out companies and their like this and their crappy products, google it.
So far, I am happy with my products. I love that they are fragrance free and I feel like gentle too. I have been using the BHA exfoliant and I don’t feel dryness on my skin which is great! I can’t tell about results yet since I have only been using the products for 2 days so far.
I’ve been a long time customer of Paula’s Choice. This company has the fastest shipping time I’ve eVer experienced with any company. My shipments were always sent out the same or next day and I recv products within 2-3 days. Several times they have thrown in an extra product or two! Awesome!
I also love several of their products. Will continue being a customer l!
I had recently placed an order with Paula's Choice and the ship to address was my old one, so I never received it. I called customer service and explained what happened and they immediately shipped me out a new order to my correct address. That's the best customer service I have ever received. Highly recommend them and their products.
UPDATE: They refunded our money. They claimed we might have had our account hacked. Since ANOTHER customer posted on their FB page that the exact same thing happened (just a week before it happened to us), we suspect the hack is on their company site. Do NOT store your credit card info on their page!
We received an order from Paula's Choice that WE DID NOT ORDER !! It's a combo of several items from past orders. Adult daughter and I share the account. NEITHER of us made this order - $280.24 worth of products! Doubles and triples of some items. I have sent off an email today, but of course it is Saturday. VERY BIZARRE. We are requesting a FULL REFUND. WE DID NOT PLACE THIS ORDER! Also, be aware, PC is not answering their customer service phones, even during business hours, you will get a recording directing you to email.
Still missing item after reaching out THREE separate times. Customer ticket #925993. No response back after 8 days of trying to reach out. My order number is #304206039. Can someone please advise and provide a status update of my missing order.

Yes! I didn't ever get asked if I qualified for Senior discount and I was way over, lol.

You merely chose products for dry skin and read the reviews. If the product doesn't work, they will refund and help you find one that does.
